PURCHASES

Payments and measurements should be sent to seller within 10 days of auction end.  After we receive your payment and measurements we ship the item within 7-10 days.  If it is a bulk order please allow 14 days for completion.

SHIPPING

Shipping to U.S. is $5.30 for up to 3 items.  Each additional item is $1.00.  This charge includes First class postage with insurance and delivery confirmation.  For priority and express shipping there will be an additional charge.  Insurance is required on all U.S. shipments.  For international shipping we track these and keep a copy on file so we will know when it reaches there destination since we do not offer insurance due to cost. 

RETURNS

We do not accept returns since we custom fit each item we sell and they would be no benefit to us.  That is why it is imporatant to send the correct measurements.  We do however stand behind the quality of our product and if there is an issue with quality it will be re-made or fixed at no additional fee after the item is shipped back to us.

CUSTOM FITTING LARGER DOGS

We do love the larger pets as well and will custom fit for them at an additional fee.  Any pet above neck 14, chest 18 and length 14 is considered a large and its based on size.  From 18 -20 inches we only add $1.00. For the first 2 inches thereafter, it is $3.00 extra beginning at 20 inches - and for every 2 inches thereafter you would add $1.00. (For example: 20-22 $3.00, 22-24 $4.00, 24-26 $5.00 and so on.)  Please contact seller prior to purchasing items in the store if you have a larger pet because we will need to check fabric availability. Buy it now auctions are set up for all special orders.

HOLIDAY ORDERS

Since we custom fit our clothing our cut off date for holiday orders is 15 days prior to the holiday.  This includes: Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, St. Patricks Day, New Years Day, Hannakah, Chinese New Year, Mardis Gras, and All Patriotic Holidays including 4th of July, Memorial Day and Labor day.
