* * * IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT "COMBINED SHIPPING" * * *
Ebay's (NOT OUR) "Combined Shipping Rules" apply ONLY to multiples of the SAME item number/SAME color, SAME color combination. WE don't do the combining, the Ebay website does, and WE can't override that functionality or make adjustments AFTER purchase.
When multiples are purchased, Ebay assigns a unique "record number" (besides the "item number") to multiple, disparate purchases, which we must ship individually with their own, uploaded U.S.P.S. tracking numbers, in order to prove delivery to Ebay and Paypal in the event of "Item Not Received" issues.
*** TWO work-arounds: 1- If you need multiples of the S-A-M-E ITEM NUMBER, but in different color/hardware combination(s) purchase as many as you need in ONE color/combination, and when you are taken to the first Ebay "Checkout: "Review Your Order" page, look BELOW the "Order Details" box. Click on the YELLOW "+" sign and the "ADD MESSAGE" text box will appear. Write your message, specify what you need, and MAKE SURE to click the "SAVE MESSAGE" box NEXT to it when you're done. FOR EXAMPLE: You need 6 nickel and 4 gold: Buy 10 silver, OR 10 Gold, and tell us in the message box that you want to change it to "6 Silver and 4 Gold", or whatever combination you need. Again, this works only with items with the same item number.

R-E-L-A-X. We ABSOLUTELY DO NOT share, divulge, or sell ANY of your information with anybody. PERIOD!FYI: WE are not privy to any of your financial information, as we are paid through Paypal, an intermediary. Your information is collected / retained by them and WE DO NOT SEE IT.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES OF ALL STRAPS & LEATHER ACCESSORIES INCUR A MODEST 15% RESTOCKING FEE: Our accessories are not ready-made (stocked) items. They are custom made against your actual order from pre-cut blanks, paired up with the hardware style & color you have selected. When you return the item, even if you have not opened the package, we must disassemble it, as we do not stock any finished accessories, The restock fee covers the actual labor cost, and partial loss of value of the original blank as a result of disassembly. NO exceptions.
Conditions are up-front, fair, and simple: In All Instances, You must contact us by e-mail, or phone, for a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number. Without an "RMA" on the outside of the package, we will not accept it, nor will we sign for it. To avoid errors, and confusion, we will promptly email you the RMA number, along with return instructions.
ABOUT REPLACEMENT PARTS / ACCESSORIES / RETURNS:
We are a SECONDARY source for our replacement leather items, meaning that we are not a reseller of original designer-manufactured leather replacement parts, (Designers often don't even sell those parts, hence a probable reason for your visit to our store). And, It's virtually impossible to source the exact leather/color/dye lot to perfectly match a particular brand's items.
We are, however, a good alternate source for suitably close replacements if/when you want to save a bag/briefcase/accessory from disposal because you can't obtain a replacement part from the original manufacturer. Hence, YOU, the purchaser, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE that, when you purchase an item from us, there is a distinct possibility that, while a perfect color/shade/texture match MAY occur, it MAY ALSO BE UNLIKELY, and that is why WE DO NOT GUARANTEE absolute match/compatibility for your intended use. We WILL gladly accept a return, BUT it is subject to our return policy, as stated above.
Know that when we tell you that a particular designer's HARDWARE is "O.E.M.", it means that it's exactly identical, to the minutest detail, to that designer's hardware, and as far as hardware compatibility, per our description, you can take that assurance to the bank.
IF a return is a result of a defect or "wrong item sent" and we are able to re-send you the correct part, or, if defective, a new, exact replacement part, we will pay round-trip postage for the exchange. We will email you a printable, USPS-trackable return label that you can attach to the return package. Immediately after -not before- we receive the returned item, we'll send you the correct part. When an exact replacement part is not accepted in return, opting out of said replacement option will constitute a RETURN to seller's inventory, which will incur the 15% restocking fee on the price of the item(s).
When returning for refund, for YOUR protection (and peace of mind), we STRONGLY recommend that you insure your return, as we will not issue a refund for something which is lost in the mail.DESCRIPTIONS:

RETURNS OF PRE-OWNED BAGS, ETC.:
RETURNS INCUR A MODEST 15% RESTOCKING FEE. All pre-owned handbags have inconspicuous or latent flaws, such as pinholes, pen-dots, ink wisps, superficial "flea-bites", or "angel hair" scratches, which may have been easily overlooked upon casual observation, or which the camera can't pick up, and which are of no consequence to the usability, durability, or "carry" appearance of the bag. These do not constitute "gross" misrepresentation. If you are looking for absolute perfection in a USED bag, please do not buy a used bag from us, or anyone else. It really doesn't exist
TOUGH LOVE ON BAG RETURNS:
WE DON'T RENT BAGS, WE SELL THEM. HENCE, ALL HANDBAGS ARE SHIPPED WITH A CONSPICUOUS, TAMPER-PROOF SECURITY TAG / WARNING BANNER ATTACHED TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE BAG, AND AN ALERT TO THAT EFFECT IS PRINTED IN THE ENCLOSED INVOICE. IF, FOR ANY REASON, THE SECURITY TAG IS REMOVED, THE BAG CAN NOT BE RETURNED, AND WE WILL REFUSE IT IF IS SHIPPED BACK TO US WITH A DETACHED TAG. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
THAT SAID, RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OF YOUR TRACKED RECEIPT, STRICTLY OBSERVED. IT IS A MORE THAN REASONABLE TIME SPAN TO DECIDE IF YOU ARE GOING TO KEEP YOUR PURCHASE. IF YOU KNOW YOU WILL BE AWAY ON VACATION, BUSINESS, ETC. WHILE YOUR BAG IS TO BE DELIVERED, OR BEFORE EFFECTING A POSSIBLE RETURN, AND YOU ANTICIPATE WE WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS DO NOT PURCHASE THE BAG. WHY? BECAUSE CONTRACTUALLY WE MUST SETTLE PAYMENT WITH OUR CONSIGNORS ON THE 15TH DAY OF THE TRANSACTION, AND ONCE SETTLED, WE WILL REFUSE RECEIPT OF THE BAG AS WE CANNOT REVERSE PAYMENTS TO CONSIGNORS.
REGARDING PROPRIETARY COMPANY LOGOS / MARKINGS:
All of our leather replacement parts are made by US, and sold as COMPATIBLE replacement parts. They are NOT original manufacturer replacements, nor do they have any logos of any kind on them. We do not sell ANY new Jewelry or Replacement Parts that bear company names, logos or other indicia - either stamped, engraved, embossed, printed, or cast onto them- because they are proprietary to their respective companies. We honor and respect their ownership rights, AND it's also against the law to do so.
In many cases, replacement HARDWARE is O.E.M., exactly identical in every detail to original designer's, because they are sourced from companies that supply those designer brands. (Bulletin: Designer accessory manufacturers do not tan their own leather, spin their own thread, nor do they make their own hardware. They are sourced from suppliers from whom we also purchase, the only exception being logo-bearing parts.
REGARDING APPLICABILITY / INTENDED USE:
Buyer is solely responsible for determining suitability of items purchased. Items purchased from us are sold solely for the purpose intended in the description. We assume no responsibility for misuse / misapplication of said product. For example, using a shoulder strap as a safety harness / dog leash / safety line / vehicle tow strap, or using a keyring snap as carabiner hook on a rock climbing rope. You get the idea. As such, our warranty and liability is limited ONLY to replacement of the defective product you purchased from us.
PRE-OWNED HANDBAGS: ONLY the item described is being sold in our listings.
You will receive not less, but also not more than what is shown in the photos and described in the listing. DO NOT assume that anything else such as registration cards, hang tags, dust pouches, filler tissue, boxes, or any other original packaging material will be included in the purchase. IF you don't see it in the pictures and/or it's not mentioned in the description you will not see it in the package you receive from us. Props such as laptops or books, etc., shown the pictures are for the purpose of giving you a reference point as to size and proportion of bags and NOT included in the purchase of the listed bag.
PHOTOS:
EVERY ITEM WE SELL IS REPRESENTED BY OUR OWN COPYRIGHTED PHOTOS. WE DO NOT USE STOCK PHOTOGRAPHY. Our photos are for illustration purposes. Showing multiple items in a photo is solely for the purpose of illustrating color and/or hardware OPTIONS, and to show different angles/perspectives. It does NOT mean you are purchasing multiples of the item UNLESS the listing's title description specifically states so.
When the title and description state that you are purchasing "A" particular item, for example "A strap" "A snap", "STRAP FOR" "SNAP FOR" etc., that means that, regardless of illustration, you are going to receive ONE of that item.
When you purchase a "SET OF" or a "PAIR OF" the illustrated item, you will be receiving exactly that, "A PAIR OF" or a "SET OF" what you purchased. If in doubt, ASK. SHIPPING TIME:
We Ship Within ONE Business Day Of Cleared Payments. IF... paid early enough in the day, we ship same day.Shipping and Handling In The Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, The U.S.V.I., and Puerto Rico is via First Class Mail for parts, and Priority Mail for handbags. Both With Free Delivery Confirmation. We gladly ship to Military addresses. Buyer pays actual U.S.P.S. shipping rate, plus a modest handling fee.
"Shipping" costs entail actual postage, insurance, delivery tracking and a modest category-dependent handling fee, all of which are computed automatically and shown in the listing below the "current bid/end time" of the item. It's all up-front before you bid. These fees are not negotiable, pre, or post-sale. Feel free to inquire about category or item-specifc handling fees before you bid.
ABOUT INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DECLARATION:
Your purchase is an invoiced, commercial sale; it is fraudulent for us to declare it as a "gift", or to declare a lesser value than invoiced, or declare it as "used" if it's new, in the customs declaration, and we will not do it, because we sign a sworn a declaration as to contents on the customs form, and the prospect of legal prosecution for customs perjury is not appealing to us.
If applicable, YOU are responsible for any customs fees, duties, V.A.T. etc, and it is your responsibility to discover these and consider them before bidding. We use third-party postage & insurance provider.
We ship within one (U.S.A.) business day. YOUR country's customs section will be the ultimate decider of when you receive your package, as items can be held up by the customs inspection/duty assessment process (if applicable). We can not be expected to account -nor blamed- for such delays.
"VACATION" Setting ( Absence Of ):
We never put our store on "vacation" because, we sell unique items not likely to be found elsewhere. Why deprive you of the fun of the browsing experience? Our policy, if you purchase from us while we're away is that YOU have two options:
1- If your can't wait, and need your purchase immediately, we understand. Just tell us, and we'll refund your payment immediately so that you can make a purchase from another vendor.
2 - If you can wait - usually never more than a week, we'll be in communication via email, and we'll give you a date-certain shipping day, and YOU can decide if you want to wait or not. All options are YOURS.
AUTHENTICITY/DUE DILIGENCE:
If you claim that an item is not authentic -a charge which we take very seriously- we will not honor it without written documentation / confirmation from the manufacturer's MAIN offices. We do NOT honor oral or written assessments from retail store sales clerks (who are not trained in the field of authentication), nor blogosphere hearsay from bag fanatics who assume the title of "experts". In the remote -and we can confidently say, extre-e-e-e-mely unlikely - event that an item is confirmed by the manufacturer as not being authentic, we will reimburse you for all reasonable documented costs related to the appraisal, plus your entire payment to us for that item.
FEEDBACK:
Without exception, we post feedback only in response to feedback left by our customers, because... Yours is the final step in the transaction, and feedback reflects your satisfaction with the entire process. We must know that you are completely satisfied with our product and service before we post a response.
