Welcome to Scented Monkey’s Frequently Asked Questions Page!

 

Here you will find a list of all the most common annoyances Mr.Monkey deals with. Before bothering him from swinging around on trees, thoroughly read this page! We’re sure you’ll find the answer you’re looking for here. If not, feel free to email us! Just be sure not to bother Mr. Monkey, he’ll fling his poop at you.

 

Q: Why is this item undeliverable?

A: Good question! This item may be undeliverable because information was entered incorrectly. We recommend that you check your city, state, and zip code and make sure that all details are entered correctly. Another reason may be that your carrier was unable to find a place to deliver the package because no one was available to receive it. Remember, while Mr.Monkey may be comfortable leaving your package on top of a tree, your carrier may not.

 

Q: How do you accept payments?

A: We accept payments through PayPal and most major credit cards through PayPal. No bananas please.

 

Q: How does shipping work, is there Free Shipping?

A: Yes! We offer free domestic shipping, however not to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO or International addresses. Mr. Monkey loves giving you freebies, here’s one!

 

Q: How do returns work?

A: Very Easy. IF UNOPEN, Send the item back within 30 days for a full refund, minus the shipping costs. IF the listing has FREE SHIPPING then you will be charged a shipping fee of $4 unless WE made the error. We WILL NOT accept any used/opened merchandise as a return/exchange. This INCLUDES if the plastic wrap or seal is broken on the item. People make mistakes and we do too, IF we made the error, please contact us ASAP and we will send you out a return label to return/exchange the item at no cost to you.

 

Q: What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

A: Please send us an email reporting the damage and provide pictures of the damage. Mr.Monkey likes to see what went wrong.

 

Q: I ordered an item for a cheaper price at an earlier time but now the price has gone up, can I get the item at the same price I purchased it previously?

A: Sorry! Unfortunately we are able to provide the same price.

 

Q: What is a tester?

A:A tester is exactly the same fragrance, size, quantity and quality as a retail fragrance but at a lower price as their packaging is a plain box rather than the retail box. Some bottles also have a tester sticker or have the word tester printed on the bottle. We will never send you a tester if you did not order it. Who cares if it has a sticker anyway? You’ll still smell fabulous since its authentic! It's a great way to save money on the same retail fragrance!

 

Q: My package shows delivered but I haven’t received it yet, what do I do?

A: First, check with your sneaky neighbors to see if the package has been left with them. If they do not have it, try contacting the carrier with your tracking number to see if they have it at the facility because they were unable to deliver it. If you are still unable to locate the product please contact us.

 

 

Q: Do you ship international?

A: Unfortunately we currently do not ship internationally. Mr.Monkey can’t leave the country yet.

 

Q: When will you notify me if you have received my returns?

A: Generally, your refund is your notification; we also recommend that you please retain a copy of your tracking information and receipt.

 

Q: Where is the feedback button? / How can I leave feedback?

A: Go to “My Ebay” and from there, click “Account”, from there you can click “Feedback” under “My account” and find the items you bought from us that you would like to leave as feedback! Don’t forget to leave us plenty of stars!

 

Q: How do order cancellations work?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been paid for. We use an automatic system that processes your order as soon as it is paid. Please send us an email; however we cannot guarantee that it will be cancelled.

 

Q: What if I want to purchase in large quantities, are there discounts available for bulk/wholesale orders?

A: Yes! We do have discounts available if you are purchasing a quantity more than 50, please email us for more details regarding discounts.

 

Q: Are your perfumes authentic?

A: Yes! We only sell 100% authentic perfumes. No faksies on our website, Mr.Monkey hates imposters.
