I received the wrong part The part that was shipped was for the right hand side of my mule. It was listed as a left hand backing plate. I sent an email to explain the problem and offered to return the part for credit and purchase the correct one. It has been almost a week and I have not received a response. I need this resolved.

I purchased this item from kmuleman and it is not what was shown and it was broken upon arrival. it is still in the box it was shipped in. I have tried to contact the seller and have not heard back.

We received a the wrong part. The item pictured in the ad was clean and for the rear of a Mule. The brake panel we received was dirty and was for the front of the unit. When we contacted the seller and sent pictures, but he insisted it was correct. We replied and told him we would just like to receive the correct part and at that point all communication stopped, so we had to turn it over to eBay to resolve the matter and returned the item. Now we are waiting for a refund.
