A combined shipping discount is available for items shipped at the same time and paid with single payment. We are unable to add item(s) once an order is processed.

Each additional lot to the United State is $3.00 .

Each additional lot to Canada is $4.00 . We ship via USPS Airmail for Canadian customers.

Each additional lot outside the United States and Canada is $5.00

. We ship via USPS Airmail for international customers No delivery confirmation.

International buyers may be subject to import duties and taxes. Insurance is not available for International orders. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Items are shipped within 1~2 business days from the receipt of full payment with e-mail confirmation. Average delivery transit time for U.S. customers is 2~5 business days and 4~10 business days for international customers

Optional shipping insurance is available for only $1.30 per $50.00 value

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We will refund your purchase if your product is damaged. Returns for other reasons will enjoy a credit at our store for an exchange.

Returns must be received within 10 business days.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We ship bra lot and sets Priority mail and the rest via first class Mail. There is no delivery confirmation for international shipping. You may contact our office via email for the estimated arrival dated depending on your shipping preference.

Can I return my purchase?

If unsatisfied with our product, you may return your unused product within 10 business days for store credit (No refund available as part of eBay policies and fees). We will exchange sizes but we will charge you $5 for additional shipping and $10 for designer sets.

We inspect and document every item that goes out of our store. However, if an item arrives damaged, we will refund your money or replace the item if notified within 48 hours of receipt of the item (via email) and once we receive the return.

How will I know my order status?
