1. What is your warranty policy?
A. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a 2-year warranty against defect on all printing supplies and a 90-day warranty against defect for all other products. Simply e-mail or call our customer service group and we will be happy to assist you with troubleshooting the problem, sending a replacement, or arranging a return.
2. The print quality is not good. What can I do?
A. Oftentimes when there are issues with the print quality of the ink, they can be resolved by running a print head cleaning cycle on the printer. You can find how to do so by doing a Google search of "print head cleaning cycle" + your printer model. If your cartridge continues to print badly once you have tried the cleaning cycle, please let us know and we will get you taken care of under our 2 year warranty.
3. How do I open my remanufactured/compatible cartridge without it leaking?
A. The way to open these cartridges without leaking is to remove the pull tab first to release the air pressure. Then slowly remove the orange cap. If you live in an area of high heat or altitude, take extra caution by opening them over a trash can.
4. What is the difference between remanufactured and compatible cartridges?
A. A remanufactured cartridge was once an original cartridge. It was used once and then cleaned, reset, and refilled in an ISO 9001 certified factory. A compatible cartridge was never an original cartridge but was made from scratch to fit the same and contain the exact same amount of ink as an original cartridge. It is brand new and has never been used.
5. Do your remanufactured/compatible cartridges come with a chip?
A. Our cartridges do come with a chip already installed on the cartridge. There is no assembly required whatsoever. Depending on the state of the cartridge, the chip may or may not provide an accurate ink level. Despite this, the cartridge should continue to print until it actually runs out of ink inside.
6. Do you have a recycling program?
A. Unfortunately, we do not have a recycling program in place at this time. As the majority of our sales are for cartridges that have already been remanufactured once, it is generally not recommended to recycle them a second time. After the one time, the quality that we can expect of them begins to decline. All that being said, most big-box stores such as Staples or Office Max will have a recycling program so that you can at the very least recycle the plastic.
7. What is the shelf life of your remanufactured/compatible cartridges?
A. The shelf life of our cartridges is two years as long as they are kept in a cool, dry place out of the sun (between 40 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit). You should not have any problem as long as you use them within that time frame.
