3-day refund policy. Buyer has 3 days after the item has reached the buyer to file a refund. I will only refund defective items. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Once you file for a refund, buyer must send back the item. Buyer must pay shipping charges. I will not refund any shipping charges. Once the item is received, it will be inspected and after inspection i will issue a refund for the item minus all shipping charges.

All products are inspected before shipment and therefore considered in excellent and working condition. Due to the size and weight of the product, shipping insurance is advisable and can be purchased upon request.

CONDITION OF BLINDS:

All faux wood, messina, solar mesh, naples, traverse rods are all in new/like new condition. Actually, all blinds in my ebay store are NEW/LIKE NEW condition unless otherwise stated in the listing.

I do offer shipping discounts of multiple purchases. I also offer shipping discounts on single purchases. All the shipping on the blinds i have are prices that are calculated to ship to california.

SINGLE PURCHASES:

If you live anywhere other than california in the continental united states, you may recieve a shipping discount on single purchases. Please message me with your shipping zipcode and the blinds you are interested in.

If you are inquiring about shipping discounts on multiple purchases, please include the sizes of the blinds you are interested in and the zipcode that you want these blinds to be shipped to.

For INTERNATIONAL shipping, please message me. The shipping i have does not include shipping out of the united states.
