| A:Hi, I have a 3-day refund policy. The customer has 3 days after arrival of the product to issue a refund. I will only refund items that have been damaged. I will not refund any shipping charges. If buyer wants a refund they must send back item so i can inspect it. They must pay shipping charges and will not be refunded on those shipping charges. |

| Q:Are these Blinds NEW or USED? |

| A:Hi, these blinds are both new and used. Most of these are used. Others are new and are from overstock. But in either case, i still open and inspect them for quality. You will NOT get a broken blind. I inspect them and you will get a working one. |
| Q:Whats the quality of your blinds? |

| A:These blinds are of the highest quality. I have seen Lowes brand and menards brand and these stand out as being the best. These are JCPENNEY brand. The headrails are all 100% heavy pvc. These are HEAVY HEAVY blinds. Quality is the best! |
| Q:Do these blinds come with brackets? Can i place the brackets on the inside or outside of the window frame? |
