Q:What size should I purchase ?
A:Please follow our size recommendations in the item description carefully, each is different. Slippers, boots and kids all have different recommendations. We do not offer personal advice regarding your size needed other than our recommendations.
Q:I forgot my Pay Pal password, so how can I pay you ?
A:A: When you proceed through eBay checkout, you'll be prompted to login to your PayPal account. If your login attempts are unsuccessful you'll be automatically redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information. After you've completed that process, you'll be able to recover your PayPal password by using the online passwor
Q:International shipping UPDATES
A:All International orders are emailed with a Customs label #. This shows postal acceptance. It may then show crossing the border into your country, but nothing after that. Your countries postal service takes over from there. There is NO Tracking for international orders EXCEPT with EXPRESS.
Q:How do I pay you if I don't have a PayPal account?
A:A: You can still pay me without having a PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you'll be automatically redirected to a secure page in eBay checkout where you can enter your credit card information. When you're done, you'll have the option of saving your credit card details with PayPal by creating a PayPal account.
Q:Is the color the same as the photo ?
A:We take all photos with a special online photosimilie photo box, designed for the internet with special lighting. We also have manufacturer provided photos as well. The color is as close as possible without seeing the item in person.
Q:What is the difference between sheepskin and wool ?
A:Sheepskin is the skin of the sheep with the fleece attached, it is the thickest and softest part for the lining. Then usally suede is used for the outer. All of our products are covered with suede unless specified. Wool is a trimming of the sheep's top fleece without the skin. (not as dense or soft) Merino wool is Australian sheep's wool(the best).
Q:What are the soles made of ?
A:Item description details the exact composition for each item we sell. Rubber is the primary material, EVA is the secondary. Both are durable. EVA is often used to add flexabilty to the rubber. Combinations of both are usally used in different percentages to achieve maximum comfort and length of wear.
Q:I have thick calves, should I buy this style ?
A:We suggest the short boots, 8" boot shafts or less, or refered to as lo (low) boots. This way the top rests just below your calf. The taller versions can be tight on those individuals who have muscular or larger than normal calves.
Q:Can I fold the top of the boots down ?
A:The boots are made to fit with the boot shaft up, thin legs will allow for the folding down of the top, it really depends on your individual leg circumference. We roll down the top down in some photos to show the sheepskin lining.
Q:Do you offer a warranty ?
A:NO, All boots are sold new in the box and first quality (unless specified). Personal wear and weather effect the length of wear dramatically. Someone in California may wear theirs for 5 years and then in Alaska only one season. Any flawed or damaged items received we replace at our cost. Q:Why are there no UPDATES on my TRACKING # ?
A:Parcel Post service shows the first major processing center only, then the major processing center before delivery, then delivery confirmation. Often there is a delay in updates from our email confirmation that we printed the label. We ship from Mission Viejo, Ca.First update usally is in Bell, Ca. Priority updates the same. Express updates daily.
Q:I don't want to create a PayPal account. Do I have to pay you with PayPal?
A:A: You can pay using your credit card without creating a PayPal account. Just enter via the eBay 'Pay Now' button and you'll be directed to a page where you can enter your credit card information.
Q:What if I received an item with a flaw, what do I do ?
A:We cover all return shipping costs and replace for free. Send to address in every listing under return policy tab. We reimburse shipping costs when they arrive at parcel post rate. We ship the replacement pair as soon as you email us the tracking # of the flawed item being sent back to us or when we recieve it, whitch ever is first.
Q:Will I get a tracking number within the U.S. ?
A:Yes, all U.S. shipments through USPS (United States Postal Service) have tracking or delivery confirmation #'s. That information is emailed to you at the time we print the postage online. We have a 2 day handling time. Expect email confirmation of your item being shipped within 2 business days from payment. Express shipping has 100.00 Ins. included
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:YES, Please complete all purchases by first committing to buy the items through the buy it now button, but do not pay, as many as you like. Then we can combine all items in one invoice and combine shipping weight with only 1 item handling fee. Complete all buys before paying, then please wait for us to send invoice, combines invoices automatically.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? (US customers)
A:We ship within 2 business days (handling time) from California, add to postal service shipping time. Parcel Post is up to 11 business days (slowest). Priority is 2-3 business days. Express is overnight if by 3:00 p.m. and some places 2 days. We are not responsable for postal delays.
Q:Can you mark as a gift for international orders?
A:No, we are a business and can not change customs forms to reflect inaccurate information. This is considered a federal offense. Thank you for your understanding.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes, we offer (USPS) First Class International: (12-14 business days + customs). Items are shipped without boot box to save international customers shipping costs. We offer Global Priority: 5-8 business days + customs. Express: is 2-3 business days + customs and shipped in boot box with insurance and tracking #.
Q:If my package is lost in the mail, who's responsable?
A:Once we hand the package to the delivery service, USPS or UPS, they take over. You can purchase insurance at the time of purchaes if you like, it is made available. We will assist you with any help or information you need to process a claim. This happens so few of times, its hardly worth mentioning, but must inform you.
Q:I am in Canada or Europe,item is late, what should I do?
A:95% of the time it is at your local post office for duty taxes or signature release. Some times they leave a message at your home or office door, but often do not. You must call or better, go down to your local post office and pick the item up. Also check with neighbors, they sign for you and forget or get busy, this happens often.
Q:Will I have to pay duty taxes or fees for international orders?
A:Yes, if any, buyer is responsable for all duty taxes and possible fees. Just like sales tax in the U.S.
