Buyer must agree with the following conditions before buying:

All sales are final. If the item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item, it can be returned for replacement. To return the damaged/wrong item, buyer must do the following:

• Buyer must notify us within 10 days from date of receipt.
• Buyer must bear return shipping costs.
• Wrong item must NOT be opened. Damaged item must be returned with its orginal packaging.
• Item must be returned and received BEFORE replacement is sent. No exception.

Software with activation code can only be replaced with the same code. If the disk is damaged, we will replace the disk only, you will receive the same activation code.

To help us identify the case, buyer should attach a note with the returned item. The note should contain the following information:

• Item number. This number is found near the top of the listing.
• Buyer's address, email and eBay ID.
• A short message explaining why the item is returned.

We expect payment within 7 days from date of purchase. If you cannot make it in time please inform us, we will extend the grace period. We will report non-paying buyer to eBay and it may result in your account suspension.

All payments are processed through PayPal. You can pay immediately upon checking out. If you did not pay during the checkout process, do one of the followings:

1) Click on the "Paypal" button below.
2) Check email (the one you registered with eBay) for an invoice and use its link. If you don't see the message in the inbox, check the spam box.
3) Log in your Paypal account (if you have one) and click "Send Money." For our Paypal ID, view About the Seller page.

Take advantage of our shipping discount offer. Buy multiple items of the same or mixed titles, shipping charge for each additional item is only $1 or $0.50 on most items (with US address). Here's how to combine the shipping:

US Shipping:
Take the highest initial shipping charge and add the additional shipping charges for each additional one. For example:

Item A: $7 first unit, $3 each additional unit
Item B: $6 first unit, $2 each additional unit
Item C: $5 first unit, $1 each additional unit

The combine shipping would be: $7 (item A) + $2 (item B) + $1 (item C) = $10, and so forth. If you purchase 10+ units of any combination, you may get further discount, depending on the size and weight of the combined package. In that case email us for a quote. If you mistakenly overpaid for combined shipping charge, please notify us, we will refund the difference.

International Shipping:
Use the calculator button in each listing to calculate the shipping charge to your country. To combine multiple item shipping, please email us. For our email address, view About the Seller page.

Note:
Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Please do not bid if you disagree with shipping & handling charges. We use US Postal Service to ship.

US Insurance:
Some shipping charges may includes insurance fee as it is stated in each individual listing, otherwise it is and option. Buyer can choose to insure the package by paying an extra small fee. This fee is stated in each individual listing, in the "Shipping" section.

International Insurance:
When you click on the Calculator button on each listing to calculate shipping charge, the table will include insurance fee if it's available.
