service or product, please contact us before leaving neutral or
negative feedback. We will work with you to successfully resolve any
issues. We appreciate our customers and are proud of our repeat
business. Email with any questions you may have and we will promptly
respond. View our feedback and bid with confidence. We guarantee all
our merchandise to be authentic.
Payment Methods - We accept
paypal, checks and money orders. Any items not paid for within 7
days of purchase will be reported to Ebay as unpaid. If you have a
problem with payment, please contact us and we will work with you.
If you do not respond to our emails, we have no choice but to allow
Ebay to resolve any problems.
We are sorry, but we cannot accept international money orders or
checks as the bank will not accept them from us.
Refunds - We accept refunds as long as you notify us within 5
days of receiving the item that you will be returning it for a
refund. No refunds will be issued until the item has been received
back by ShoeBoxPlus and in the same condition as it was shipped to
you . If it is our error (we sent you the wrong shoe or size, etc)
we will fully refund your original payment including shipping and
will pay you to ship the shoes back to us. If you are returning the
item because it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, etc. we cannot
refund any shipping costs. We will gladly refund what you paid for
the item and there will not be a restocking charge.
Shipping - The price of shipping varies according to the
weight of the shoe you have purchased, but usually runs from $9.95
for shoes and sandals to $14.95 for boots. All of our domestic
shipping is done by USPS priority mail.
Internationally we ship by air parcel post which takes from 4-10
days. Email for the price of shipping which depends on the weight of
the shoes.
Sales Tax - Sales tax for items shipped within California is
7.25%. We discount shipping by $2.00 from the regular shipping price
of the item to California residents to help compensate for the price
of sales tax.
