I strive for 5 stars (DSR'S) and work very hard to make you happy with your purchase.

1. I describe all my items the best I can. If you need more info PLEASE ask before buying.

2. I answer all communication within an hour or so most of the time and definitely within a few hours of having them delivered to my email box.

3. I ship within 1 business day and most of the time the SAME DAY. On the first mail truck available. I can't ship any faster than that. Remember you are rating me on MY TIME, not the post office's time. I can't make it go faster once it is in the mail system.

4. I charge a very small fee of no more than $1.50, often only $1.00 or less over the actual costs which only help cover a small portion of the costs related to the sale. (postage taxes, printer ink and paper, packaging, packing tape, eBay and PayPal fees and more that I can't think of right now! I do not believe in adding extra costs to the items for sale to cover these fees.
