All payments must reach me within the 7 days alloted, no exceptions.  If you cannot pay in 7 days, do not bid.  If you plan to purchase multiple items that end on different days payment is expected 7 days from the last auction ended.

This store prides itself in fast and reasonable shipping.  Multiple purchases are given shipping discounts.  Items can be returned within 7 days for a refund. 

  ALL USED SHOES, EVEN THOSE IN EXCELLENT USED CONDITION, WILL HAVE DIRT ON THE SOLES.  MOST SHOES ARE IN GREAT USED CONDITION WHICH MEANS THAT THEY WILL LOOK WORN AND WILL NOT BE PRISTINE.  MULTIPLE PICTURES ARE GIVEN TO SHOW CONDITION. YOU MAY RETURN SHOES FOR A REFUND IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CONDITION. 

A NOTE ABOUT PACKAGING: ALL SHOES ARE SHIPPED IN ENVELOPES.  IF YOU PREFER TO HAVE YOUR SHOES SHIPPED IN A BOX YOU MUST CONTACT ME AND REQUEST BOX SHIPPING.  SHOES ARE SHIPPED IN ENVELOPES TO SAVE YOU MONEY.  I HAVE SOLD HUNDREDS OF PAIRS OF SHOES USING THIS METHOD WITHOUT MAJOR ISSUES.  SHIPPING SHOES IN A BOX WILL INCREASE YOUR SHIPPING COST, YOUR INVOICE WILL BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.  YOU MUST CONTACT ME TO DO SO PRIOR TO PAYING FOR YOUR ITEM.

I do not offer international shipping in my auctions.  If you are out of the country and wish to bid  please email for shipping prices BEFORE purchasing the item.  I will ONLY ship via global priority or express mail.  I WILL NOT ship via economy mail for international purchases.  Please contact me for a shipping quote PRIOR to bidding or purchasing.

Items come from a home with 1 smoker, 1 cat  and  1 non-shedding Shih Tzu. Items are stored away from smoker and pets in airtight bins and I do my best to keep the smoke smell away. If you are sensitive to smoke or cats, please keep this in mind.  Shoes are treated with Febreze, inside only.  Some shoes will be shipped with a dryer sheet for freshness.  If either of these products offend you please contact me immediately upon purchase and I will not treat the shoes before shipping.
