 Q: Can you provide more pictures of the item?
  A: Yes. Specifically requested pictures can be provided within a reasonable time. Please provide an email address for delivery of the pictures.
 Q: I need more than 1 item how do I find out what else you have?
  A: You can call, text or email us using the information provided in the listing. You can also click on the link in the item description section which will take you to our shop & show you a full list of all the other related items we have listed.
 Q: If I collect the item will you accept cash?
  A: I am happy to accept cash on collection for most items.
 Q: I have won an item but cannot pay for it immediately. what should I do?
  A: If you cannot pay for an item immediately, please contact us ASAP & let us know how & when you intend to pay. We are happy to accept staged payment for some more expensive items. If you do not contact us within 7 days of purchase we will relist the item or sell it to the next highest bidder.
 Q: Do you have more than 1 of this item available for sale?
  A: There are many items that we may have in stock that we have not yet had time to list. Please enquire.
 Q: What is "Cat D"?
  A: Cat D is a term used by the insurance industry to describe a vehicle which has been catagorised as a total loss for reasons other than the cost of repair e.g. stolen recovered where the claim has been settled. This means that vehicles with very little damage often fall into this catagory.
 Q: I have bought an item in error can I return it?
  A: Some items may be returned by agreement, within 14 days, but we cannot accept returned electrical items as it may not be possible to retest them for faults following return as the machine they were removed from may have been dissmantled. We keep photos of all listed items and will not accept returned items which have been damaged or altered.
 Q: My item is not as described, what are my options?
  A: As we sell used parts there are occasions when we miss something or our opinion of the item condition may not be the same as yours. In these circumstances to save further dissagreement we prefer to provide a 100% refund rather than agree a lower sale price. However we will always strive to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution.
 Q: Why haven't you left me any feedback?
  A: We will always provide +ve feedback for customers within a reasnable time, once they have provided the same for us.
 Q: Will you provide postal discounts for multiple purchases?
  A: Where we can combine several parts into a single shipment then we will consider passing on part or all of the saving we make on the shipment on request. There are some instances where it is not possible or cost saving to combine purchases due to shape, size or weight of the items.
 Q: Can you ship or deliver larger items with no postage specified?
  A: We can deliver for a reasonable cost or assist you with freight collections. Please understand that we do not have the equipment to pack large heavy items so please ensure your freight company will accept the item as is or with minimal packaging.
 Q: Can I pay by cheque?
  A: Yes, but please be aware that we will not dispatch your item until the 6th day following banking to ensure that your payment is not returned. As advised by our Bank.
 Q: How do I pay for multiple purchases?
  A: If you contact us via phone or email we can send you a revised invoice via Paypal which may include discounts.
 Q: What protection can you offer me against a defective item?
  A: All our items are tested & checked to ensure they are as described, so unless they are damaged in transit they should arrive exactly as described. As we sell used parts we cannot unfortunately offer any guarantees as we have only prepared the items & NOT reconditioned them. We will offer refunds on items agreed to be not as described under our T&Cs
 Q: Will you refund my postage costs?
  A: The cost of returning any item is to be paid by the buyer. We will refund the initial cost of shipping where we have accepted that the item is not as described upon receipt of the item in undamaged condition.
 Q: What do I do if my item hasn't arrived yet?
  A: As we normally use Royal Mail Second Class or Standard Parcels, the Royal Mail will only act upon deliveries more than 15 days late. Only after this date can we investigate the delay. In any event you must inform us of non deliveries within 30 days of dispatch or the item will be considered received & any proof of postage will be discarded.
 Q: When can I come & see the item?
  A: Items are available for viewing & inspection at any reasonable time, day or evening, with prior arrangement.
