Return Policy
FOR OFFICE, HOME, AND/OR SALON ITEM(S):
If the product you have ordered is damage upon arrival, contact us within 5 days and we will replace the damage product for you with the same product or a product of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are:
- For replacement, product must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the UNOPENED packaging.
- Returned products must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned products upon receipt before issuing refunds, or exchanges.
- Product should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
- Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
- Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- Returns may are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
FOR JEWELS ITEM(S): Due to the nature of the item and sanitary reason, all sales are final. Exchange only on defective or wrong item shipped. Please exam the item BEFORE opening the clear plastic wrap. Once the clear plastic wrap is open, it would be treated as a used item and is not qualified for return. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF MORE THAN 5 DAYS HAVE ELAPSED. An authorization is required. All refused orders will result in 25% restocking fee, or reshipping charges.

It is customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address during Checkout process. Our system will process your order based on the shipping address you entered. If there is an error on the shipping address and required the package to be sent again, an additional s/h will be charged.
SKYS Biz will submit feedback on buyers upon successful checkout completion. In cases where buyers fail to pay for their item, SKYS Biz will initiate eBay's Non Paying Bidder process.
