| A:I will gladly ship to ALL of Europe (except Italy). I also ship to New Zealand. Please email me to be put on my Approved International Bidder List. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping if I win multiple AUCTIONS or do multiple BUY-IT-NOWs? |

| A:Yes I do! When you are done shopping (or winning auctions), please click on "combine items" when processing payment to get the combined shipping rate. Or feel free to email me for a combined invoice. Just be sure to pay for everything at once to avoid overpaying shipping fees. |
| Q:When is payment due? |

| A:Payment is due within 48 HOURS (after doing a buy-it-now or after an auction closes. PayPal payment only takes a moment to process. Don't leave me hangin'. This way, I don't have to send reminders or wonder if you're serious about your purchase. Let me show you how fast I can ship! |
| Q:I have done some buy-it-nows and am also interested in your auctions ending soon. Can you hold my order and ship everything together? |

| A:Yes. Simply email me your request and I will be glad to hold an order up to a maximum of 7 days. Remember, I ship within one business day (and often even get things out the same day), so if you'd like me to hold an order, email me right away. |
| Q:Tell me about your shipping fees. |

| A:I try to keep my shipping fees fair and very competitive. I basically charge postage plus $1. The $1 covers brand new packaging and full value insurance through DSI (see below). (Comparable insurance through the post office would cost $1.65 and up depending on the value of your order.) I do not make money on shipping fees! |

| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Returns will only accepted if an item is described incorrectly. Returns due to change of heart or irate spouse will NOT be accepted. |
| Q:Can I send you a money order (or check, etc)? |

| A:NO. PayPal is so fast, safe and easy, it is now the ONLY form of payment that I accept. Money orders can get lost in the mail. They require a trip to the post office and there is a cost to buy them. PayPal offers buyer protection in case a seller doesn't send you what you ordered and there is no cost to the buyer.
