Shipping rates and methods are not negotiable. The shipping rates and methods used by Sneak were selected very carefully and can not be changed. All packages sent by Sneak are sent in a safe and secure manner with tracking. Consequently, Sneak will not compromise on his shipping and handling methods or rates.

No, local pick ups are not allowed. Unfortunately, Sneak does not have time to meet up with buyers because he is extremely busy photographing shoes, creating listings, answering emails, and wrapping and processing orders.

International items can take up to three weeks to arrive depending on customs and various import laws. 21. What Is My Tracking Number?
All buyers are sent detailed tracking information to the email address associated with their paypal account. If you have misplaced your tracking number or did not receive the email, please email Sneak and he will look into it right away. Please make sure to include your name, address, and item number in your email as this will help Sneak locate your tracking number.
22. What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
At authentic_sneaker_powerseller, we are pleased to honor returns or exchanges for any item purchased from us. Returns and Exchanges must be made within seven days from the reciept of the item.
As for returns, if you are unhappy with your item for any reason at all, feel free to send it back to us. Upon receipt of the item, we will refund your paypal account 75% of the purchase price less all shipping and handling fees. Please be aware that we will not take back used shoes. In order to return shoes to us, they must be brand new and in their original box. As for exchanges, we are happy to exchange unwanted items for any item in our store of equal or lesser value, as long as the buyer pays all the shipping and handling fees associated with the exchange.
