I bought two pair of Bontoni shoes from this seller. This pair was ok, the other pair was worn on the bottom, not new in the box. I couldn't have returned the other pair if I wanted to because of the worn bottom. I have photographic proof. I paid for both pair of shoes via PayPal. The shoes were shipped together in one package, even though I paid for two separate shippings. The seller agreed to return half the shipping costs if I kept both pair of shoes. He has ignored two emails for refund.
