Seller is PRICE GOUGING customers on SHIPPING costs they charge. Shipping costs were DOUBLED in cost for a 1lb package from OH to CA. When inquiring with seller about the shipping they say they need bubble wrap (none in the package we received) & also responded: Are you going to pay for this item. If not .. I will cancel... and relist them so someone else can get them. FINE. I get it that everything is expensive but over charging customers is an unfair practice. Items OK Shipping NO

We are not price gouging, the package was more than 1 lb. Most of the items were bubble wrapped and the use of peanuts, so the items would not get broken. The buyer knew the shipping when they bid on item. We would have canceled if they would have asked with no problems. We ask if they wanted to cancel item because of shipping. They did not response so we asked if they would pay.Took them 3 days to pay. They tried to get us to lower shipping but ebay set the shipping not us.

The article was exactly as described. Professionally packaged. I have recently experienced many unhappy experiences of sellers of Boehm and Cybis porcelains. They either say they are mint when they are not or do such a poor jub of packing the item arrives broken. Not this seller they are100% honest, accurate and professional!!!!
