However on occasion you may feel that a bit more contact is required to ensure your satisfaction and ease. For this purpose, unlike many internet based companies we offer several methods of contact within specific daily time frames

If the phones are busy you will be directed to a message center --- Please leave a short meassage including a phone number of course and we will return your call ASAP.

We check this email address on a regular schesule and with the exception of Thursday and Sunday your email will be answered with 3 hours --- Emails received on Thursdays and Sundays are often answered the same day, however we do not have scheduled hours on Thursdays and Sundays so it is possible that you will not receive an answer until the following scheduled morning.
