Exactly as described. Only issue was Blade was left in tighten mode which stretches Blades over time, so they recommend when not in use to leave loosened, but really can not complain, since is new and great price. Do not know if that is way it came or someone tightened and forgot to loosen it before reboxing. I had the choice of this one or a used one that cost more due to shipping costs. This one being new was the better deal, so no room to complain since item looked great and runs well.
