NOTE - USPS (THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE) has DISCONTINUED Bound Printed Matter Rate shipping with no notice whatsoever. We have been using this method of shipping (cheapest for all of us) for the majority of our programs and publications. We must now use first class rate (becomes parcel post after 13 oz.) or priority rate.
USPS raises shipping fees YEARLY and will do so again in the Spring of 2009 (and ever after)... We have not raised our shipping rates on the majority of items in 2 years.
In addition, Ebay will be DISALLOWING the mention of payment methods Money Order and Checks in auction write-ups, commencing Autumn 2008, accepting only Paypal and credit cards in the auction payment method template.
For the above reasons, we will be eliminating items and manually revising all auctions. This will take months and where there is an inconsistency or question, shipping and terms will be given to buyer's advantage...
