Terms & Conditions:

LIMITED TERM WARRANTY
1. For fabic and leather material has a 6 months limited warranty provided the leather vendor from date of purchase
2. For stitching and seams there is no warranty applied 3. For wood frame strucuture there is a
3 year limited warranty from date of purchase to the original buyer of the sofa set. Warranty does not applied when item ...has been transferred to different owner.
4. For custom made set the warranty starts from date of delivery If a manufacturing defect is found within the warranty time, customer should notified Stendmar Inc. promptly of the defect and supplied a copy of the invoice and photos. Insepctions will be done by Stendmar Ind. employees or other approved repair stores to verify the manufacturer defect exists.

WARRANTY IS VOID FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDTIONS:
1. Improper maintenance or improper use resulting in damage
2. Warranty does not cover minor variations or differences on the finish for leather and fabric due to different rolls of materials are used
3. This warranty covers only articles of furniture intended for residential use only, does not cover any industrial, commercial, industrial or rental use.
4. Normal wear and tear
5. Damages incurred during transportation, installation, accidents, maintenance, abuse or etc.
6. Fulll leather set will have more wrinkles occured on the surface due to leather stretches like our skin when full leather set is purchased customer will see more wrinkles on the surface.
7. Leather warranty- 6 months a. Leather will not tear under normal use b. The finish will not show excessive cracks other than normal wrinkles from stretching. C. Natural markings such as brands, grain varitation, wrinkles, scars etc. will not be consider as defects due to each calf-hide are different in its characteristics, they are not different from one to another D. The warranty does not cover fading, improper use, damages caused by exccessive heat, cold or exposure or problems due to unapproved cleaning methods. E. Exposure of leather, vinyl to sunlight or extreme light sources may cause the facing and damage to the surface. This is not covered in the warranty.
8. Fabric and Micro Fiber warranty - 6 months a. Fabric, vinyl, micro fiber are warranted against wear under normal care and condition b. Warranty does not cover shrinkage, piling, fading caused by improper cleaning or chemical treatments.
9. Cushions - 1 year Stendmar Inc. provided a year limited warranty on the seating cushion against defects and loss of foam resiliency under normal usage. Foam products will flattening out after time of usage
.

- Accurate shipping address and daytime phone number must be included with order. Any orders lacking this information will be delayed significantly. Please include this information in PayPal when placing your order.
- We want satisfied customers so we will accept returns or order cancellations with a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fees both ways. Actual freight bill costs will be provided at the time of the return.
- You can specify color at the time of payment via paypal or by emailing
sales@stendmar.com. Please do not forget to include your telephone number and address.

- The Payment must be received within five business days after the end of the auction. Freight Shipping

- Note for large items: When paying for this item, please provide a phone number where you may be contacted. In the event that this item needs to be shipped via freight, the freight company will need to contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. Expect items shipping by freight to arrive 7 to 14 business days after leaving our warehouse. In the event we are not provided a phone number and the buyer is unable to be contacted, we will request the on-file phone number from eBay. Please be sure your eBay information is up-to-date.

- Someone must be present at the time of delivery to assist the driver; if not, the freight company may charge you an additional fee. Before signing for delivery, it is very important to inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for packaging to show some wear. However, if there is extensive visible damage to the item itself, refuse delivery and email our RMA department at service@stendmar.com where we will handle the return or exchange. - Important: Please know that we will not be liable for any damages or discrepancies after the package has been accepted upon delivery. We will warranty parts and any hardware needed for the item. - Once the Truck Reaches Your Delivery Address?
The item will be delivered from the rear of the truck at your address. You will be required to accept and remove the merchandise from the rear of the truck. The freight company will NOT take it inside.
Because oversized items are heavy and often difficult to handle, we strongly recommend that you have help available to remove the product from the truck and move it to its final location.

- Before You Sign for the Delivery
Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. Please keep in mind that it is normal for the packaging to show some wear.

- If There is Visible Damage to the Package's Contents
If there is visible content damage, refuse delivery of the order and contact a Customer Service associate by calling 1-909-673-1108. Please have your order number available when you call. Your order number can be located on your invoice.

Cancellations & Returns for In Stock Items:

ITEM WILL BE FULLY INSPECTED AT OUR WAREHOUSE, SHIP OUT VIA COMMON CARRIER SERVICE. CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO INSPECT AND MAKE ALL NECESSARY NOTES ON THE DELIVERY FORM WHEN DELIVERY IS ATTEMTED. STENDMAR INC. WILL NOT BE HOLD LIABLE IF THE DELIVERY FORM IS SIGN FREE AND CLEAR.
FOR DELIVERY CUSTOMER, ITEM WILL BE FULLY INSPETED BY CUSTOMER AT SIGHT BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY FORM. FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN, CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO NOTIFY US WITHIN 1 DAY AND PICK UP NEEDS TO BE ARRANGE WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED. custom made items.

-Orders placed for delivery to a different address than that of the cardholder needed to be confirmed by phone, email, or fax.  The cardholder will need to confirm the sale either by phone, or by email or fax.  Once the order has been verified, the merchandise will be shipped to the third party.

-Orders placed for merchandise not in-stock ( for custom made by order only) items will be shipped 5~10 Weeks they become available.

-Unlike many other online retailers, we DO NOT bill credit cards before an order is processed.
-Stendmar reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including for no reason at all.
