Stricker Auto Parts eBay Store Policies

All items listed on EBAY by Stricker Auto Parts are also in our inventory for sale at our facility. We reserve the right to end our auctions early if the item(s) are sold 'in-house' and are no longer available to ebay buyers.

All Stricker Auto Parts eBay sales are sold with a worry free guarantee (refer to specific auction listing descriptions for warranties and guarantees offered). In the event a part sold fails to operate within the warranty period or upon arrival, Stricker Auto Parts will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refunds or replacements will be given on parts listed with SOLD AS IS terms or special "cut" items. No refunds without receipt/invoice.

Defective or Damaged Parts Must be returned to Stricker Auto Parts at our discretion before any Replacement or Refund is given. Parts may not be returned after 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Original shipping charge refunds are at the sole discretion of Stricker Auto Parts. If free shipping is offered on the listing, the original charged amount from the carrier maybe subtracted from the amount refunded. The Buyer is Responsible for ALL shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) to Stricker Auto Parts.


To Return A Part Or Make A Warranty Claim
If your part does not operate upon arrival, operate correctly during warranty period after you have exhausted all possibilities with your professional installer, or if you would like to return a part, you must contact Stricker Auto Parts to obtain return instructions.

For items purchased via Ebay contact us by email ebay@strickerbros.com or by telephone at 1-800-508-5127.

  • You must include the listing and/or the reference order number.
  • When shipped, you must use all reasonable means to protect the part from further damage. (Try to use original packaging and take a digital photo of part)
  • Stricker Auto Parts must authorize all returns before they are sent to us.
  • You must receive a RMA to ship the original part back to us.
  • You must furnish us with such information as we may reasonably require:
  • Digital photo showing proof of damage
  • Proof of your vehicle's vehicle identification number (VIN)
  • Regular maintenance during the warranty period as recommended by the manufacturer in the Owner's Manual.
  • We reserve the right to inspect any product prior to refund or replacement.


  • All implied guarantees, including warranties, or fitness(interchange) for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty and do not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

    Shipping Claims
    You must inspect your purchased item(s) before acceptance of delivery of item(s) and immediately notify Stricker Auto Parts if damaged. All damage claims must be made within three days of receipt. You must retain all ORIGINAL packing materials and shipping documents so we can investigate the cause of the damage.

    Fluids
    For environmental compliance and storage, fluids are drained from all parts. Service all parts to factory specifications. Unless otherwise noted on the part, the part has no fluid in it and must be serviced as if it were new.

    Cores
    Part(s) that have a core charge applied must be returned at the buyer’s expense to Stricker Auto parts. All cores must be complete, rebuildable, sealed and drained of fluids.

    Other Product Information
    The year and model of the part or vehicle listed on an Ebay listing is within a range of interchangeability and may not necessarily be the exact model and year as the part or vehicle that has been provided. If a listing’s terms state the years/makes/models or other applications for a part, those are the only years/makes/models or other applications that the part will fit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to research and determine whether the listed item(s) will fit on other vehicles or work in other applications. We CANNOT guarantee the part will fit any other year/make/model or application. Parts may have attached accessories that must be switched or removed to accommodate proper installation, which is the responsibility of the buyer.

    By submitting a bid to purchase a part from us or accepting delivery of a part purchased from us, the buyer accepts and agrees to all of the terms above.
