You inquiry or concern is important to us and most emails are answer very fast however sometimes it can't be done and it could take up to 48 hours to answer you back. Email are normally processed only on Monday through Friday as our office is closed Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. FEEDBACK:
We process and leave feedback once a week and we do not leave feedback until the sale is final and complete and you are satisfied with the product. We ask you to contact us first before leaving a neutral or negative feedback score. I believe this is called being reasonable... and I do not wish you my valued customer to be unhappy about anything related to the sale of my products.    

DISCOUNTS:
Some of our items already have price discounts ie... lots of 1, 3, 5, 10, 25 and 100 pieces. We also offer volume discounts. If you purchase 6 or more in any lot in most cases another 10%-20% off is subtracted from your grand total. Buying in quantity also will save you on shipping costs. PAYMENTS:
Beside all the several ways you can pay on eBay we also offer payments made direct over the phone to us at 760 379-7635. Our customer service hours are: Monday - Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. pacific standard time... closed weekends and holidays. Payments can also be made through the secure site of International giant Google.

INTERNATIONAL BUYER... If your total purchase is $25.00 or less we accept Paypal. If your purchase is over $25.00 we DO NOT except Paypal. Payments can be made direct by calling 760 379-7635 or through the International secure site of Google.  Google is very easy to use and does not require an account setup. Payments are made using most major credit card such as VISA, Master Card, American Express.

SHIPPING:
THE BASICS... Regular orders require a average of 48hr packaging and processing time Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays before shipping. SPECIAL ORDERS and fancy made bezels such as ropes, gallery, and ribbon styles require a average of 5-7 days to manufacture them. When your order ships a email notice is sent to you. Depending on where your merchandise is going in the USA your order can take from 2-5 days in transit excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are always shipped the best way from California and tracking is available via UPS ONLY! The post office DOES NOT provide tracking without the purchase of additional features such as insurance or registered signed delivery. A delivery confirmation number DOES NOT provide any in transit tracking. It's used to tell the seller the package has arrived at it's destination ONLY.

SAME ITEMS... eBay will automatically calculate the correct shipping if you buy more then one of the same items.

DIFFERENT ITEMS...  eBay CAN NOT calculate the correct shipping on more then one different item. Please request a invoice total form us the seller before making your payment.
 
SHIPPING FEES:  Most of the products we offer are small in size and are shipped via USPS first class mail. Larger items are posted using USPS priority mail. Our shipping also includes a small charge to cover supplies and packaging. In rare cases our listed item might have a reduced listed price and a higher shipping fee. We only list products this way to match a competitor's listing who has chose to offer their item in this manner.

INTERNATIONAL...  We are happy to ship worldwide and generally we ship using the USPS International First Class or priority mail. Packages shipped using the USPS DO NOT have tracking numbers unless the buyer chooses to purchase additional services such as insurance or registered mail. The shipping time in transit takes a average of 10 days but will vary by county. We are also happy to discuss other shipping methods.

100% GUARANTEE:
If we have misrepresented our product in any way we will credit you 100% of the product cost upon return. If you ordered the wrong item or change your mine for any reason we will credit you 90% of the product cost upon return. Exception to the guarantee's is no credit will be given for any shipping to you or from you including insurance. The guarantee offers are good for 7 days from the time stamped on its shipping. All merchandise must be returned to us in the same condition it was when it left our warehouse. All return merchandise must have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number or it will be refused by our receiving department.

PHOTOS:
Due to the natural and varying nature of all item they will vary slightly from our photos. We maintain a professional studio and attempt to photograph all our items as accurately as possible without distortion or abnormal computer corrections. Usually, what you see is what you get.
