2.What happens if I don't like the photos you send of the painting? Process photos and even photos of the finished painting rarely do the actual art justice.
The simple face is our paintings always look better in person than they do in a photo, which as well as lacking the impact of a genuine oil painting in all its glory also suffer with color and even detail distortions from the photography. However, the photos do serve a useful role in quality control as they enable customers to see if there are any problems with the painting that need to be fixed. If so, we make revisions (as many as necessary) at no extra cost.
Again, PLEASE remember that photos do not accurately portray the painting. We are in the same place as the paintings, alongside the artists, and can let you know when the problems are real or just a result of photography. In case you suspect that we'd tell you the painting looked fine just so we could send it out, remember that with a money back guarantee we'd be even more out of pocket if you received the painting but didn't like it ? we would have paid for the shipping!
You can rely on us to be completely honest about the state of a painting here in the studio, and how representative the photography is. |
Process
| What is your painting process?
Each painting goes through below processes for your full satisfaction!!!
Step 1 - After receiving you order, we will begin by preparing the graphic or digital image used as a guide to begin sketching. Color matching is very important to get the colors from the images as close to the original as possible. Our in-house graphic designer will color match the image to match the original .
Step 2 - After color-matching, we will begin the pencil drawing of the image. On the first pass, our sketch artist will hand sketch the general features followed by a more detailed sketch of smaller features and lighting effects.
Step 3- After sketching is completed, we will begin the painting. The artist will then select the colors matching the image and begin to paint. On the first pass, our artist will paint the background. Second pass, the details will be painted. Third pass, the artist will add the final touches.
Step 4- After finishing, the Senior QA manager will inspect the image and the painting for color matching, style, detail and overall quality.
Step 5 - Take photo of finished painting for your approval before it is shipped. We can do the revision base on your comments to meet your fully satisfaction if necessary.
Step 6 - After final approval, we wait the painting fully dry for safe shipment.
Step 7 - We pack and ship your item via an express courier. And a tracking number will be emailed to you.
