Part looked new but was broken in several ways. Tried contacting seller to no avail. Luckily I could use parts from my original mirror assembly to fix the "new" assembly and still use it. The packing was a joke. Small mirror was broken, the large mirror motor was broken and signal light had small cracks in it. If this was from a local dealer I'd have taken it back and demanded a new one or a refund. This part was obviously abused and shipped out damaged to get rid of it. Terrible seller.
