Here are a few hints to help with commonly asked shipping questions:
*Handling and delivery confirmation are included with shipping.
*Handling is usually $1.00 to $1.50 above final combined shipping costs.
*Items combined for shipment are done so in the least expensive way.
*USPS Priority Mail shipping is used whenever possible (or upon request) but I use First Class Mail often.
*Contact me about international shipping costs because the automatic calculator that is provided is not always accurate.
*Usually I can ship world wide for a reasonable postage charge (I use International First Class Mail a lot).
*Pay Pal is always accepted.
*Cashiers checks/ money orders accepted if received within 10 days.
*Insurance available upon request.
*I cannot be responsible for loss of items if shipping out of the United States as long as I retain a declarations number from the package.
*I own a landscape company, so April through November I ship once every 5-8 days. If you need an item expedited just ask me but otherwise be slightly patient because I am very busy. *I often use reused materials with my shipping including merchandise boxes, newspaper and grocery bags. All materials are clean but nothing goes to waste.
