• Buyer must notify seller within 2 days after receiving the item of any problem (including dead on arrival, damaged, or defective merchandise) that may require an insurance claim.

• Any claim for insurance has to be filed, processed, and check received from the insurance company (may take more than 6 weeks) before sending out replacement item, if available (otherwise a refund will be issued)
