Safe-T-Cap is a manufacturing division of Auto Rust Technicians. Auto Rust is a full service rust repair facility located in Cranston, Rhode Island. We do all types of automotive rust repair. we have found there is a lack of parts available to suit our needs to repair rusted cars and trucks. We created these products to facilitate our own repairs. Many people were interested in using our products for their own projects. Most of our kits are what we call "Safe-T-Cap style". These kits are designed to slide over the area that needs to be repaired. The rusted damage must first be removed. Other kits are designed as direct weld-in replacements. Our kits have been developed with the DIY-er in mind. Average welding skills are enough to install our kits, and many auto body shops will do the installation for you.
