| A:We can make any type of jewelry you have in mind in any color, any karat weight. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive the item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just send it back to us and we will refund the full cost of the product. We will not accept returned merchandise that is damaged, engraved, resized, and/or altered in any shape or form. All tags must be intact to get a refund. |

For Example: If a couple buys 2 sets of rings or more, you will only be charged the cost for only one shipping. Shipping is free for all items within the United States. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship within two BUSINESS DAYS of receiving payment using Fedex Priority Mail 2 Day service. We email you a tracking number so that you can track and know when to expect your package. Overnight delivery available on certain items for $35.00. Please contact us prior to purchase for overnight shipping. |
