Shipping Policies 

 

 

Combined Shipping:  We ship all orders within 7 days of receiving your payment or of your payment clearing. If there is any problem with your order, such as an incomplete address, we will e-mail you as soon as possible so that we can get your order to you in a timely fashion.

Save money by using our combined shipping. Pay the highest shipping price of all of your purchases and every additional purchase you make and pay on the same invoice for a 7 day period will ship for just $1.00 per additional item.

{For example if you purchase 3 items with shipping of $9.95, $11.95 and $14.95 you will pay $14.95 for the first item, $1.00 for the second item and $1.00 for the third item for a total of $16.95 s&h instead of $36.85} This savings means you can afford to purchase another item instead of spending that money on shipping.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES

Shipping is USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.

Sorry but our shipping applies to the lower 48 contiguous United States only. 

When we ship:  We ship all orders within 10 business days of receiving your payment or of your payment clearing. If there is any problem with your order, such as an incomplete address, we will e-mail you as soon as possible so that we can get your order to you in a timely fashion.

Please provide us with an accurate physical address.  FedEx Ground does not ship to post office boxes.  Not providing us with this will delay your order being sent.  If an order is returned due to a wrong or undeliverable address you will have to pay the shipping cost again.

Shipping Carrier:  We ship USPS Priority or FedEx Ground depending on the size and weight of your order.   

Transit & Packaging:  You will receive your order within 2-5 business days of the shipping date. We use professional packaging material to protect your art during shipment.   

Lost or damaged packages:  If for any reason your order gets damaged or lost in transit please contact us immediately.  We will replace your item at no cost once a claim with the carrier has been processed.
