Due to our insurance policy we do not ship to unconfirmed addresses. we reserve the right to withdraw mutually any sale if the buyer cannot provide address confirmation. We strive to get 5 stars. For orders paid with a credit card we only accept orders where the billing addresses and the ship to address is on record with your credit card company for verification. If shipping address is not on record, simply call your credit card company and add the shipping address as valid to your account. We offer 7 DAY UNCONDITIONAL RETURN POLICY. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason you may return the item within 7 days* after received for a full refund less shipping charges. Any item that is altered from original condition is non-returnable. Refunds on lay-a-way payments will only be refunded within 30 days of first payment. If for any reason a lay-a-way is cancelled after that, a 6 month store credit will be issued.
*(Item must be received by Salvatore and Co. within seven days. Any item received after the seven day period will be issued a six month store credit.)
