Same shipping & handling rates offered to US and Canada Buyers. GST in Canada, PST in Ontario. We ship worldwide, international buyers please contact us for costs. Please do not bid if you do not accept the terms and policy.
We accept paypal, money order (need to be INTERNATIONAL if issued by the US Post Office) and check. The item will be sent only after it has been cleared if paid by check.
We do combine shipping and handling for multiple items unless otherwise specified, please check item description and s/h terms or contact us by email for details. International buyers please contact us for the combined s/h costs. The general terms of combined s/h to US are as follows unless otherwise specified:
The delivery might require about one to three weeks depend on the buyer's location and items. All orders are shipped only and we don't accept pickup.
No returns on glass items. The shipping and handling fees are not just postage but include handling, processing and packaging charges as well and they are non refundable. Any item received damaged during shipping needs to be filed and verified with the post office or service provider and will be replaced if you have covered insurance. We will not be responsible for any loss if you do not request insurance coverage. We will file the claim with post office if you do cover insurance and refund you the amount after the claim.
