I ship items within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. The shipping charges I quote ALWAYS include a delivery confirmation. Sometimes I add a minimal fee for handling the item. This handling fee is to cover gasoline expenses (driving to/from Post Office), shipping materials and ebay + paypal fees. International shipping costs a lot more to cover the actual postage, handling fee and for the amount time lining up in the Post Office.
