How do I return my product?
USA Orders: Please contact us via eBay’s email program to receive complete instructions.
International Returns: Please contact us via email, through your eBay account for further instructions.
Please note that if the warranty has been filled out, there is damage or items are missing, a restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund. We cannot promise a restocking fee would not be applied to your refund until a product has been evaluated by our returns department. How long will it take to receive my item?
US Orders: Shipping time is location dependent and usually takes 3-5 business days from the day the order is shipped.
International Orders: We use eBay’s Global shipping program only, Orders are shipped to the international sort facility via Fed Ex in Kentucky which take 4-5 business days to arrive and once there, the company then prepares the shipment for customs/international shipments and prepares all paperwork so you can receive the item at your address; Import Duties and shipping costs are estimated by their program. At checkout, you pay this in advance and there is no delay when receiving the item in your country at your home address. Please note these fees, including return shipping costs are non-refundable if you decide to return the item.
Combined Shipping: Since we only have "Buy it Now" listings, for combined shipping discounts to be applied automatically you would need add the eligible items to your eBay Shopping Cart via the “Add to Cart” option; please locate the items you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart”. Per eBay policy and our internal invoicing system; if you have already paid for the item, we cannot combine it with other purchases. Orders/Invoices cannot be changed or modified, once it has been placed.

Memory Cards are shipped Fed Ex Smart Post, this service can take 7-10 business days. If you need a memory card sooner, we recommend you pay for faster delivery service.
If I pay with PayPal -- will you ship to an unconfirmed address?

International Customers/Orders & Shipping: We are a US authorized dealer and all items are rated for US power/outlets. You will need a convertor rated for your country for any item purchased through Samy's Camera that requires charging. This is not supplied by Samy's Camera. Please contact local dealers in your arera for assistance.
Import Duties and shipping costs are quoted by Pitney Bowes and are subject to change until the you pay for the GSP Item and the quoted Program Fees in full during checkout. With the exception of any domestic shipping charges that we specify (to ship an order to the U.S. Shipping Center), the quoted Program Fees are derived from real-time, proprietary estimates of applicable international shipping and import charges by Pitney Bowes.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Once the item has been shipped, You should have received a UPID order reference number from eBay upon purchase of your item. The UPID is also be available on your My eBay page. Once you locate the UPID, click on it to track your package. Do you charge tax?
For shipments to California & Nevada addresses, we are required by State law to collect Local Sales Tax.

Item Condition Description:
NEW (Brand New) New – Never Used – All original packaging and manuals included.
MINT (Like New) 96-100% of original condition – May have slight wear but only visible under close up inspection.
EXC+ (Excellent Plus) 90-95% of original condition – Lens Glass clean – cosmetically may show slight wear and/or signs of use.
EXC (Excellent) 85-89% of original condition – Shows signs of moderate use – Lens Glass is perfect but may have some dust which will not affect picture quality.
GOOD (Good) 75-84% of original condition – Appears well used and may include dings, brassing, scrapes and bruises but is in fully functional condition. Glass may have cleaning marks or small scratches which won’t affect picture quality.
FAIR (Fair) 50-74% of original condition – Appears to have been used very heavily with multiple dings, scrapes, scratches and heavy brassing all possible. Lens Glass may have fungus, excessive dust and/or scratches that will likely affect picture quality.
AS-IS (Broken) Product is not working/functioning as it should and be sold AS-IS for parts, non-returnable.
