Q:--How can I figure how much sand I will need.
A:--Take the container you are using and put water in it to where you want the sand.
Then pour it in a measurement cup and see how many oz of water it will take.
Q:--How many oz of sand to a lb.
A:--There are 9 oz of sand per lb.
Q:--Some sellers will tell you there is 12 oz to the lb.
A:--Be careful there sand may be course or damp to get more out of it.
Q:--Can I choose the colors I want.
A:--Yes you have full choice of colors from our color chart.
Q:--How do I tell you the Colors I Want.

Q:--Is your sand safe for my Children and Pets.
A:--Yes our sand doesn't contain Silica or Quarts.
Q:--Will your sand fade.
A:--Our sand will not fade in Sunlight or when Wet.
Q:--Can I use you sand in my Aquarium.
A:--Not Recommended for Aquariums.
Q:--The color chart pictures seem to be small.
A:--That's because they are thumbnail pictures.
Q:--Can I view a bigger picture.
A:--Yes take any picture save it then view it in paint set your monitor to pictures and min 1288x1824@60Hz.
Q:--Is your sand coarse.
A:--No our sand has the same texture as Sugar.
Q:--How do I know when my order has been shipped.
A:--We e-mail you as soon as it is shipped.
Q:--What if I don't get the e-mail when shipped.
A:--Check your junk and spam folder.
Q:--How long does it take to receive my order.
A:--When we e-mail you the shipping info we also give you estimated delivery date.
Q:--How do I get a combined invoice for my order.
A:--Just e-mail us when your finished we will send you a combine invoice then you can make your payment.
