HANDLING FEES:
We do use plastic wrap to ensure you receive your item in excellent condition. We also use 6x9 envelopes to save on shipping for our customers.
To offset this expense we charge a Flat Rate Shipping Fee...in doing so, whatever the difference is from shipping your package is considered the handling fee.
For example: Flat Rate in the U.S. for one panel is $2.00...actual shipping is $1.58 to $1.85...so the handling fee ranges from 42¢ to 15¢. For Priority Mail the handling fee is 15¢.
