OUR REPUTATION 

We value integrity and honesty above all.  Our reputation is very important to us and so we strive to disclose all information about our merchandise before the sale is completed.  Our printers are tested, cleaned, and well packed unless other wise stated in the listing.  We have always strived to make our customers happy by giving post sales assistance to them as well as working out any issues that arise after the sale within reason.  We have even lost money in order to assure customer satisfaction if we were at fault.  So, you can bid with confidence and know that Customer Satisfaction is our main goal.


MERCHANDISE DISCLAIMER

  • All printers are tested and in working condition unless stated within the listing itself.  We are proficient on most brand and models and will assure their functionality, however, if we do come across a printer we are not familiar with we will list them as untested and sold "AS IS" (see below for further definition).
  • All other merchandise (Consumer Electronics) are acquired by whole sale bulk auctions or sellers and are untested and sold "AS IS" unless otherwise stated in the listing.  We stand behind our products and reputation and will refund your money if the item is DOA (Dead on arrival - which means the unit did not power up or function to the extent it was tested and described on listing - see below for further definition).  However, some fees may apply (see Refund Policy below for further details).
  • Definition of "DOA" - dead on arrival - includes but not limited to the following:  The item doesn't perform what the listing claims it would do.  That is, if we list it as powers up and no further testing has been done it means that in order for the item to be considered DOA it has to fail to power up when you receive it.  That is why we disclose as much information as possible on the listing and we test it to the best of our ability before listing them.  We will deal with each case independently and give careful consideration to each customer and act upon what we believe is fair and best for both parties involved.
  • Definition of "AS IS" includes but not limited to the following:  Item listed "AS IS" are sold under the assumption that the customer knows what he is purchasing.  These items are sold like this solely because we are unable to test them.  We would never purposefully sell something that is not working and will issue refund for DOA items.
  • Stock photos are used to list most items and the actual item may differ in appearance (like color) and may have a few scratches, dings, and/or dents.  Customer is responsible for asking questions before bidding.
  • Open Box items will often come in original box.  However, the box condition my not be so great.  However the item is still in great shape or as listed.  If the original box is too deteriorated we will repackage it and ship outside original box.
  • All sales are final and a binding contract.

RETURN POLICY

We will never list an item purposefully that is not working unless stated in the description of the listing that the item is being sold non-working for parts.  If you should encounter an item that was being sold "AS IS", but that is not working when you receive it (DOA) then we will attempt to work something out with you.  So it is important that you email us as soon as an issue occurs so that we are aware of the situation and can attempt to remedy it.

If we are unable to resolve the issue a refund is the only solution, then we will ask you to ship back the merchandise to us.  Once we receive the unit we will issue you a refund of the price paid for the item only (not the shipping cost) minus any eBay and Paypal fees that were applied to the listing and sale of the item.


 FEEDBACK POLICY

We will post positive feedback to all BUYERS who make payment within a reasonable time.  We believe that the BUYERS' only responsibility is prompt payment or communication about payment.  We do not believe the BUYER should have to wait and get feedback only if the SELLER gets it, however we will wait until we receive feedback before we post it due to an unpleasant experience we recently had that a customer was using the feedback system to attempt and force terms upon us.  However we will never post negative feedback if payment was made in a reasonable time.  We will do unto others what we would expect done to us.  So as BUYERS we expect the same courtesy.

As SELLERS we hope to receive positive feedback from our customers if they are satisfied with our services.  We hope also, that before posting any kind of feedback that the customer will contact us and give us the opportunity to correct any situation that may have made the customer unhappy.  So far this has only happened a few times due to circumstances beyond our control (such as damage from shipping) that we were able to correct.
