STORE POLICIES: Thanks for looking at our items! Please read these policies before you purchase from us as you are agreeing to these terms when you make a purchase.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES: We ONLY ship via U. S. Priority Mail. If this method is not acceptable, please do not bid or buy. We ship within 2-3 business days, and Priority mail usually takes 2-3 days to arrive. Please allow enough time when ordering. We can NOT guarantee a delivery date. We do NOT use package tracking or delivery confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ONLY ship via U. S. Global Priority Mail. If this method is not acceptable, please do not bid or buy. We ship within 2-3 business days, and Global Priority mail usually takes 5-8 days to arrive. Please allow enough time when ordering. We can NOT guarantee a delivery date. We do NOT use package tracking or delivery confirmation. NOTE: Please provide a working phone number for international orders – it is required for certain Global Priority shipments.
SHIPPING & HANDLING (S&H) CHARGES: Shipping refers to the cost of postage which varies by shipping weight and destination. Handling refers to many factors involved in shipping your item including… pulling the item from inventory, preparing labels and packing slips, packaging the items, delivery to the Post Office, removal of items an/or color options from web listings, reordering and restocking inventory, record keeping and filing documentation related to the transaction, providing and requesting feedback. Many of these factors have fixed costs in time and personnel for each item regardless, whether you paid $0.99 or $900.00 for an item.
COMBINED SHIPPING & HANDLING (S&H): We'll be happy to combine S&H when you purchase multiple items. But to qualify, you MUST pay for all your items at the same time. And you must get the discount BEFORE you pay. NO EXCEPTIONS. Just go ahead and do your shopping, then e-mail us when you're ready to pay and we'll be happy to send you an invoice with the combined S&H. Then you can pay for everything at the same time. NOTE: Combined S&H charges are less than each separately BUT more than S&H for a single item regardless of the shipping weight. (Weight is only one of many factors – SEE previous paragraph.) Example: If S&H is $12 for a single item, two would cost somewhere between $14 and $20.
PAYMENTS: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks, so please only buy or bid if you are willing and able to pay by one of these methods. We expect payment WITHIN 7 DAYS. If you do not pay or communicate you intentions within 7 days, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed. Your purchase will be shipped ONLY when full payment has been made AND CLEARED.
BEST OFFERS: Make me an offer I can’t refuse… I am willing to accept Best Offers on some items. Usually I will accept offers for 10%-20% off the Buy-It-Now price. Generally, asking for larger discounts is a waste of my time and yours.
COLOR APPEARANCE: Actual hair color will look different depending on the type and amount of natural and/or artificial light in which it is viewed. Photographers use lighting that is brighter than normal. Camera settings can change the appearance of hair in a photograph from one extreme to another. Wig colors can also vary from one manufacturer to another – even from one wig to another. We try to mimic the natural colors as best we can for Web use. Still, hues may vary depending on the calibration of the computer monitor or printer. The colors of the photos and swatches on a listing are for APPROXIMATION ONLY. We DO NOT GUARANTEE that the color of the actual wig (or hat) you purchase will match the colors on the listing.
COLOR SELECTION: Be sure to tell us which color you want VIA E-MAIL when more than one option is listed.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: If you decide to return an item please follow the details specified for each listing. When a listing states that returns are accepted within 7-days, that means that from the date the item was delivered youhave one week to breing the item to be returned to the post office or other commercial shipping company.
Be sure to enclose any one of the following with the item being returned:
A) your purchase confirmation email or
B) the packing slip sent with the item or
C) a hand written note of explanation

Once we receive the item in its original condition we will process your return according to the details specified for each listing.
PLEASE NOTE: 1) Shipping cannot be refunded. 2) We have no control over any fees charged by PayPal for the use of their services. 3) Processing you return may take 7-10 days.
CASH REFUNDS: We do NOT accept returns for cash refunds unless we made a mistake. (If we ship the wrong item, then that is our mistake. If the color of the item varies from the appearance of the color on the listing, then that is NOT our mistake.) BUT to qualify for a cash refund, you MUST notify us and return the item in its ORIGINAL CONDITION within 7-DAYS! NO EXCEPTIONS. In the event that the color you want WAS listed but is NO LONGER AVAILABLE, you may select another color, another item or we can agree to cancel the transaction. (Once an item has been shipped it is too late to cancel the transaction and all stipulations of the Return Policies on the listing and in this document will apply.)
MERCHANDISE CREDIT: We ONLY provide merchandise credit for listings which state that Merchandise Credit will be given. BUT to qualify for an merchandise credit, you MUST notify us and return the item in its ORIGINAL CONDITION within 7-DAYS! NO EXCEPTIONS. All tags and packaging must be included and intact on the item. Returns for Merchandise Credit are subject to restocking, shipping and handling fees.
EXCHANGES: We ONLY exchange items for listings which state that exchanges are accepted. BUT to qualify for an exchange, you MUST notify us and return the item in its ORIGINAL CONDITION within 7-DAYS! NO EXCEPTIONS. Exchanges are subject to restocking, shipping and handling fees as well as availability of items/colors of requested exchange.
