Ebay recently made changes to their feedback system where sellers can suffer SEVERE penalties if anything besides a "5" is left and you may be hurting your favorite sellers without knowing it. What are these penalties?
*Any rating below 4.9: Seller pays an additional 5% in fees to sell on ebay
*Any rating below 4.8: Seller pays an additional 10% in fees to sell on ebay, and seller's listings are demoted in ebay's search - making them harder to find
*Any rating below 4.6: Seller pays an additional 5% in fees to sell on ebay and loses powerseller status. Listings are further demoted in ebay's search
*Any rating below 4.3: Penalty -Seller's listings are moved the the last pages of search results
*Any rating below 4.1: Penalty - Seller is no longer allowed to list on ebay

eBay tells you a "4" rating means the item was accurately described, that you were satisfied with the seller's communication, the item was shipped quickly, and the shipping charges were reasonable - which a normal person would say is a good thing. However, ebay treats a "4" as a request to terminate the sellers's ebay account, charge the seller more, and make it difficult for bidders to find that seller's items. If you feel that the service you received does not warrant a "5" rating, PLEASE CONTACT US so we can resolve any issues for you.

Since the inception of our store, we have been privileged to maintain a 99.8% or better positive feedback rating. This is primarily due to belief in strong customer service. There are times however, when things can happen that will raise a less then stellar opinion of our process, but we strongly request that before leaving negative feedback, contact us first!. We find most people who leave negative feedback are newer to Ebay, and they don't realize they should take into consideration all of Ebay's four aspects of a successful transaction.
Q:WAS THE ITEM AS WE DESCRIBED IT?
A: We make every effort to list our items to the best of our knowledge. However we cant possible know everything so if we made a mistake in the listing we'll made it right with you. You'll have the option to return it for a full refund. All we ask is that you read the description carefully and bid on items responsibly.
Q:WAS THERE PROPER COMMUNICATION?
A: Please only use eBays Contact seller link to reach us. Regular email has a way of getting filed into spam filters or just overlooked. The contact Seller link is the safest and quickest way to reach up. I usually reply within the same day. Please be patient for a reply I cant possibly be online all the time and I will answer your question ASAP. We are closed on the weekends and especially on Sunday and will happily help you the fallowing workday.
Q:WAS SHIPPING TIMELY ACCORDING TO OUR GUIDELINES?
A: 95% of all packages ship out within 2 business days and sometimes the same day if time permits. Hard to pack items can take 3 to 5 days and I will notify you if there are any delays in shipping. Please review our shipping questions and estimated times below for more information.
Q:WERE SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES REASONABLE?
A: While we do charge a nominal handling fee on most packages, it is only to try to cover supplies and labor expenses. We do not make a living on shipping. Please keep in mind that the shipping quotes are automatic. If you were overcharged please contact be before leaving anything less then 5 stars. Most buyers do not take into consideration the full cost of shipping and starting October of 2009 all sellers will be required to add insurance to the total. Again we try our best to fill in the correct information so eBays system will quote the correct amounts.
All four of these things should be considered when leaving feedback for a seller, not just one that stands out the most, please leave feedback responsibly. If we have failed to deliver anything less then a 5 star rating please contact me and Ill work with you to make it right.

We encourage you to check our feedback to see what other buyers think of our products and services. You will find that we 99.8% or better of all our customers are very happy with the service they received. Our only poor feedback was from new members that didn't read the description or other to contact us before leaving feedback. I guarantee you that if they had a positive feedback would have been left in stead. |

5 Stars only please. Anything less then 5 is not considered good feedback by eBay standard. A 1 or 2 star is actually negative to a sellers DSR rating and can seriously damage a sellers account. If you don't feel we earned a 5 star rating please contact me before leaving your feedback. Thank you.
