You may return an item that qualifies for
any reason, when you notify us immediately and return the item
promptly in the original shipped condition.
Your Options
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase,
call or email us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss
your options.
You may exchange merchandise at no extra cost
for an item of comparable price or for a store credit toward a future
purchase. Store credits must be used within 90 days. Purchases that are
returned for a refund incur a restocking fee as follows.
Schedule of Restocking Fees 1. All Formalwear and
Bridal up to $500, 15% of the sales price. 2.
Bridal from $501 incur a restocking fee
of $75.
We want you to have the confidence that when a purchase does not work -
for any reason - you may return it. However, you must notify us
immediately and return the dress promptly in the original shipped
condition.
If you have special
circumstances, you must make arrangements for other terms before
you purchase. We are available by email any time and by phone during
business hours.
Conditions
Scarletts Closet accepts authorized returns
only. To qualify for an exchange or store
credit, all items must be returned in their original condition - with tags
on - within 7 days from return authorization. Online tracking or
delivery confirmation is required. Items valued at more than $50 require
insurance. Signature is required on items valued at over $250. Buyer
is responsible for return shipping. If an item is returned
to us without authorization, it is refused and sent back to the
buyer.
After receiving and inspecting the returned
merchandise to determine that it is in the original shipped condition, we
will process your request immediately. Exchanges will be shipped
within 3 business days. Refunds will be processed within 15
days.
Return Conditions
- We do not accept returns without authorization.
- We do not accept returns on items offered on auction AS
IS.
- We do not accept returned merchandise that has been
worn, soiled, altered or damaged.
- We do not accept returned merchandise that is out of
our inventory for longer than 8 days.
- We do not accept returned garments when the tags have
been removed.
- We do not refund shipping.
Acceptance
Your bid is a binding contract. By bidding on our
auctions or purchasing merchandise with the buy-it-now option, customer
affirms that s/he has read and agrees to our terms and conditions for
merchandise returns.
