SHIPPING:
We ship daily, Monday through Friday, by 8:00 in the morning, Eastern Standard Time. Items are shipped within the United States using the USPS' 'Parcel Post' service which can take up to 10 business days to get to you. If you need your item quicker, please let us know. We will do our best to meet your needs. International shipments require special handling and paperwork depending on their destination. Transit times vary greatly.

PAYMENT:
'Auction' item payments are due within 3 days of the auction ending. 'Buy It Now' payments are due immediately. US money orders only. ***International Buyers*** Please do not ask us to mark the Customs Forms showing the item as a 'gift'. This is illegal. We can't accept money orders

RETURNS:
We care about your satisfaction. If you are not happpy with your shoes, simply return them to us. Please keep in mind, we sell new shoes and expect returned shoes to be in new, saleable condition...
1. The item to be returned must be shipped within 7 days of receipt.
2. Please email us a schuuz@hotmail.com prior to returning the shoes so we know to expect them. Please include our name, Ebay username, and Ebay item number in your correspondence.
3. The shoes should be in unworn condition and only tried on for fit and sizing. Worn shoes will not be refunded and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
4. Please include a copy of the original packing list with your return shipment.
5. The shoes to be returned must be properly bagged or boxed, comparable to how your original shipment was received. A re-boxing fee will apply if a manufacturer's box is taped, addressed, or otherwise defaced. There must be another layer covering these boxes.
6. Prompt refunds will be issued based on the original invoice less shipping charges.
