USPS Rate Increase
The US postal service raised rates AGAIN on May 12, 2009. I have done my best to keep my shipping prices the same wherever possible, however. Please note that insurance HAS gone up by $0.05 min. depending on your order amount.
However, PLEASE keep in mind the following rates for PAPER (NEW LOW RATE!!):
$2.50 for first sheet + $0.10 for each additional sheet
(increased from $1.50).
I know this may seem high, but to protect your paper I ship in a heavyweight, non-bendable XL envelope, which increases the total weight of the package. Due to the increase in postal rates I was forced to increase the base rate in order to be sure shipping would be covered. Thank you for understanding!

Feedback Policy
It is my policy to return positive feedback once received with equally positive feedback. If you have a problem with your order, I would appreciate it if you contacted me first as I will do everything in my power to resolve it, and 99% of the time am able to do so to the customer's satisfaction.
Once you leave positive feedback for me, I will return the favor. But I do like to read through all my feedback individually and do my best to respond to each feedback on an individual basis to give future sellers a good picture of what you are as a buyer - for example: if you paid instantly after purchasing an item, I will try to indicate so in my feedback for you. That way future sellers will know that you aren't just a good buyer - you pay right away.
Please keep this in mind if you do not receive returned feedback immediately from me. Sometimes I can get dozens of feedback at once and it may take me a week or so before I can return it all. So please be patient. However, I am human, and ebay (for whatever reason) doesn't let you give feedback from "best offers" in the same way it does for auctions or buy-it-nows. I have to go to my sold listings and find the ones needing feedback manually to leave feedback for those listings, so occasionally I may forget. If it has been a while (i.e. more than 1-2 weeks) since you left feedback and you have not received it from me, feel free to drop me a note to remind me. As I said, I do my best to return every feedback I receive in as timely and personal a matter as I can ;).
