| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We will gladly issue a refund for unused, unopened items. Buyer pays shipping fees. We will refund the purchase (not including shipping) price of the item. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, we love to combine shipping. This gives us the oppurtunity to save you money and makes our job easier. Once you purchase all your items....email us for a correct combined shipping total. DO NOT pay an invoice until we have sent an invoice back to you. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We will ship your order within 2 days of payment clearing. The rest is up to the post office. Your orders will ship from Western Pennsylvania. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We generally only charge an additional $.25 - $.50 per order....not per item but per order in shipping and handling charges. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:Yes, we gladly ship Internationally. We ship Priority mail with tracking through paypal. This form of shipment provides a tracking number which is beneficial to both the buyer and the seller. |
| Q:Do you offer a FREE SHIPPING special? |

| A:Yes, we do. US orders totaling $75.00 or more will receive free shipping. Some items are excluded from this special. Those items are marked in their listing. |
| Q:Do you offer flat rate shipping? |
|
| A:If you prefer to fill a flat rate envelope or box till it's busting out all over...feel free to do so. With recent postage increases a US flat rate envelope will now be $5.50 and an US flat rate box will be $10.50. We will also honor this option for International (Canadian included) customers. Please email us for the current fees. |
