IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE NEW CUTTLEBUG DIES AND EMBOSSING FOLDERS!

Q.  Will you have the new folders and dies?

A.  YES...we will have all the new cuttlebug items once they are available...

Q.  Do you Pre-Sale these items?

A.  NO...WE WILL NOT PRE-SALE THESE ITEMS.  While we have an idea as to when they will be shipping from ProvoCraft in July, there is no way to confirm this until we have a tracking number for the package.  We do not want to take your money for items that may be delayed past the date of expected arrival. 

Q.  Does ebay have rules about Pre-Sale items?

A. YES...ebay rules clearly state that a seller MUST ship the item no more then 30 days after your purchase was made.  Since we cannot be sure exactly when these items will ship, we cannot do this and therefore, will NOT PRE-SALE.  Please see the exact copy of ebay rules below:

eBay permits Pre-sale listings only on a limited basis. The seller must guarantee that the item will be available for shipping within 30 days from the date of purchase (i.e., the day the listing ends or the date the item is purchased from a store front listing). The seller must also clearly indicate within the listing the fact that the item is a pre-sale item with a delivery date that indicates the item will be shipped by the 30th day from the end date of the listing.
