| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We hope that you are happy with your new goodies...but just in case you are not, please feel free to return you items for a full refund less shipping. Items need to be in the packaging we shipped in and un-used. We reserve the right to not issue a refund if the items are not in saleable condition. We are also happy to make exchanges. Thanks! |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, we do combined shipping but you MUST REQUEST IT once you are done shopping..Just drop us an email letting us know you are ready to check out and we sent off revised invoice out to you. If you pay an invoice that does not combine the shipping, we will assume that you agree with the charges and we reserve the right to issue you a refund or not! |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We generally ship within three days of payment via PayPal but we reserve the right to ship up to seven business days after payment. This allows for holidays, weekends and busy seasons when our volume of orders is high. For buyers paying by check or money order, both must clear the bank prior to shipping. This can take up to 10 full days. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Our standard shipping is $2.50 for the first item and anywhere from $0.30 to $1.00 for each additional item. This is just a general guidline. If we can ship it for less we will. For heavier items shipping is higher ans is noted in the listing. If you have a question, please ask. If you make a purchase, we assume you agree with listed rate. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes...We love you International Buyers!!! We generally ship via Priority Mail...Please email with a summary of items you would like to purchase. We are happy to quote a price for you! |
| Q:Will any of my items be backordered? |
|
| A:We try to keep everthing in stock and ready to ship but sometimes we run out. If we are out of an item even though it shows in stock, we note it on your packing slip. We will ship what we have in stock. You can request a refund for that item or leave it on backorder. Of course, there is no additional shipping charge for the backorder. |
| Q:Your store shows that you have an item in stock but on my packing slip it shows backordered. How is this possible? |

| A:Scrapbooking Made Simple not only has an ebay store but also full retail stores. We use one inventory for all and at times, though not very often, a retail store customer will purchase an item that is on ebay. It is possible that an ebay buyer may place an order for this item prior to us adjusting our inventory. We apologize in advance for this. |
| Q:My item has not arrived yet, what should I do? |

| A:We always send out an email letting you know that your items are on the way. Once you receive this email, it can take 2 to 7 business days to arrive via USPS however. Please do not contact us until these 7 days are up. If at that time the package is still missing, we will track it via the delivery confirmation number or FedEx number. |
| Q:You have tracked my package and it is still missing...now what??? |

| A:If you have purchased insurance, we will file a claim with UPSP or FedEx and ship you a new package. We might need to to send us an email stating that you did not receive the first package for the claim. If you did not purchase insurance, we will make every effort to resolve the matter but we reserve the right to not ship another package. |
| Q:The delivery Confirmation Number shows that my package was deliver to my address but, I still don't have it. |

| A:Once the Delivery Confirmation Number show delivered, we are very sorry but we are not able to ship another package. Often another family member got the mail that day and forgot to tell you or put it down somewhere. This happens more then you think it would. |
