What shipping service is used and How often do you ship?
I use the USPS for shipping and I usually ship three days a week – Monday, Wednesday & Friday or Saturday. If you are in need of your purchases being shipped quicker, please ask me – I will do my best to accommodate you. Most packages are shipped USPS First Class Mail, however, larger orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

Do you combine S&H and How much is S&H?
Yes, I will combine shipping. My items range in weight and I needed to come up with a standard amount to cover shipping and handling for most of my items. S&H is $2 for most items and $.50 for each additional item with a maximum S&H charge of $10.80 for a Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. If the items you purchase are small enough to fit into a Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope, S&H will only be $5.80 (even if you purchase lots of items). 

What do package/ship purchase(s) in?
I usually ship merchandise in cardboard (photo) mailers or bubble envelopes. Larger purchases are shipped in a USPS Priority Mail box.

Why do you charge a handling fee?
My handling fee is minimal, however, I charge a bit to cover things like ink for my postage meter and printer, paper, labels, shipping supplies and office equipment. The mailers I use cost me between $.50 and $1 each – They are not cheap, but they do a great job keeping your merchandise safe during shipment.

Do you offer FREE or DISCOUNTED shipping?
Absolutely! Purchase $100+ and receive FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping and S&H will never be more than $10.80. Canada residence - Purchase $200+ and receive FREE S&H. International customers - purchase $300+ and recevie FREE S&H. What type of payment do you accept?
I accept PayPal only (eBay policy... sorry). I do have a merchant account and take a credit card, please contact me at tiffany.glover@comcast.net if you are interested in this option.

Will you ship WORLDWIDE?
Yes, I ship all around the world. I have been told I have the most reasonable and fair shipping for international orders. I will weigh the merchandise you purchase and charge the exact shipping amount, plus a $2 handling fee. I ship either First Class International Mail or International Priority mail depending on the weight and size of the merchandise purchased. I always do my best to ship the most economical for my buyers. I DO NOT ship to ITALY... Sorry too many lost packages.

Will you notify me when my order is shipped?
Yes, I will send you a confirmation email shortly after your merchandise has been shipped.

Do you leave feedback?
Yes, I always leave positive feedback soon after I ship your merchandise. I hope you will do the same for me : )

What is your return policy?
I will accept returns for damaged merchandise and if you received the wrong item. Please contact me within one week of receiving the merchandise. You will either be issued a refund or given a store credit.

Is your merchandise all new and where do you purchase from?
Yes, all of my merchandise is brand-new. I have a wholesale license and my items are purchased direct from the manufactures.

Do you take special orders?
Yes, I will consider all special requests. Please ask and I’ll let you know if I can help you out.

How often do you list new auctions and BIN's?
I usually list auctions on Fridays for seven days, so they end on Fridays. Buy It Now's (BIN's) are always being added to my store. Please check back often to see what is newly listed.
