I've noticed an increase in lower stars on s/h charges EVEN THOUGH they are CLEARLY posted before you make the decision to purchase. Sellers are faced with a multitude of fees and in some cases, we lose money on your purchase. I think my $10 max is very reasonable; especially when compared to online retailers AND the cost of gas and your time to drive around and shop ;-) Plus if you spend $55 or more, I ship free! And that's usually a loss of $10-18 to me!

Did you know that while a 4 star rating might be great, it's not and is very detrimental to store owners. It hurts us to even get 2 low ratings in a month, even out of 500 items sold. It's quite ridiculous. The worst rating on this system is shipping costs. You are aware of how much it will cost to ship your product BEFORE you purchase. If you think it's set too high, buy your items elsewhere and save me the detrimental score when I am up front and honest. OH! Send a letter to the postal service too, rates are GOING UP again in January. Thanks.
