I am more than happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases to save you money. If you are interested in more than one item, please contact me for shipping costs. 

If you have paid for an item, but are bidding on/interested in another item, please let me know, or I will ship the paid item immediately! 

Please ask if I can meet your deadline prior to purchase! I will work very hard to meet your deadline or event date, but engraving takes time, as does shipping.  Please allow for it!

Terms

All items are in new or mint condition unless stated otherwise. 

If you are the winning bidder, please complete checkout, even if you are mailing your payment.  Please complete checkout within 72 hours of auction end or 24 hours for a store purchase.

Please remit payment in a reasonable time frame.  Payment is expected within 10 days of sale.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to me!  If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, you may return it for a full refund. Please contact me immediately if you are dissatisfied and wish to return an item.

Engraving is an additional charge, (unless otherwise indicated in the listing,) and will not be included in your invoice.  Please add $3.00 to your total, and make sure all text is clearly written and spelled correctly.  Assuming there are no errors on my part, engraving is non-refundable.

Shipping

I ship UPS daily, and your item will be ready to ship the next business day after payment is made.  Please allow an additional 3 to 4 days for engraved items.

International orders and PO BOXES ship USPS and MUST be insured.  My items are large, and sometimes heavy.  Please contact me before bidding so I can get you a shipping cost!

I use expandable foam packaging, the best professional packing system available.  Your item WILL arrive intact!  In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in shipping, please contact me immediately, and I will send you a replacement (if available) or refund your payment in full.
